Ingredients:
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup Desi Shakkar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions:
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add ghee and grated carrots.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes until the carrots soften.
- Add milk and cook until the milk is absorbed.
- Add Desi Shakkar and cardamom powder, cook until the halwa thickens.
- Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
