Desi Shakkar Roti

Desi Shakkar Roti - CANEZO

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Desi Shakkar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ghee for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Mix whole wheat flour and Desi Shakkar.
  2. Gradually add water to form a dough.
  3. Divide into balls, roll out into rotis.
  4. Cook on a hot griddle with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
