Chikki (Peanut Brittle)

Chikki (Peanut Brittle) - CANEZO

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 200 gm Desi Gurr (jaggery)
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions:

  1. Melt the Desi Gurr in a pan on low heat with ghee until it melts completely.
  2. Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased surface and spread evenly.
  4. Let it cool, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
