Gurr Ki Kheer (Jaggery Rice Pudding)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 200 gm Desi Gurr
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice in milk on low heat until soft and creamy.
  2. Add Desi Gurr and cardamom powder, cook until dissolved.
  3. Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
