Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina (suji)
- 200 gm Desi Gurr
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, melt Desi Gurr in water.
- Add the jaggery water to the roasted semolina, cook until thick.
- Add cardamom powder and nuts, mix well.
- Serve warm.
