Gur Aur Suji Ka Halwa (Jaggery and Semolina Halwa) - CANEZO

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina (suji)
  • 200 gm Desi Gurr
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast until golden brown.
  2. In a separate pan, melt Desi Gurr in water.
  3. Add the jaggery water to the roasted semolina, cook until thick.
  4. Add cardamom powder and nuts, mix well.
  5. Serve warm.
